How was Ruby able to be such an extraordinary support to her daughter Lisa when she was diagnosed breast cancer? She had experienced it herself. Both women are able to extend their support to others – especially African-American women, like them, who are more likely to get breast cancer but statistically less likely to talk about it publicly. This film shows their tour de force through Houston.
